Requirements to Qualify
1. Canadian citizen or permanent resident
2. Between the ages of 17 and 35 
3. Grade 12 diploma ( or similar recognized certificate) from accredited Canadian school
4. Must have references from at least 2 part or full time employers (one can be parent or guardian) 
5. Must already be enrolled in a trades program - full time or apprentice
6. Must complete all sections of the application form
